Amy Riggs is R&M’s President, CEO, and Chief Consultant. For 21 years, Amy has worked as a Criminal Statistician, Private Investigator, Probation Officer, Pre-Sentence Investigator, Accreditation Manager, and Policy Writer. She has worked with multiple levels of government agencies, U.S. Department of the Army, and Canadian Agencies to develop efficient processes and ensure they meet their goals as a professional organization. Amy also loves dogs, and feels compelled to take pictures of rainbows.
Amy holds two Master’s Degrees and is currently a Doctoral Candidate.
Lead Consultant - Law Enforcement
Lonnie Lemons comes from a family of law enforcement and corrections professionals. Having retired in 2018 after over 29 years in law enforcement and corrections, Lonnie was responsible for policy and procedure development, shift supervisor, accreditation, and supervision of various areas within the department. Lonnie has experience in accreditation through the American Correctional Association (ACA), Commission on Accreditation of Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) and National Commission on Correctional Healthcare (NCCHC). Lonnie has traveled all over the U.S. working as a consultant for Correctional and Law Enforcement Agencies. Lonnie has traveled throughout the US providing training on many topics to include, agency management, staff supervision and all areas of accreditation, and has been a certified accreditation auditor for several years. Lonnie has served as a member of the ACA Delegate Assembly. He assisted in the development of the Core Jail Standards for ACA. Lonnie has been an active Board Member of the Compliance and Accreditation Managers’ Association (CAMA) since 2009, serving as the President Elect and President from 2014 until 2018. Lonnie also developed CAMANet which is a network group used by CAMA Members to share information.
David Taylor retired in 2014 after a 31-year career in law enforcement and corrections. During his tenure, David was responsible for policy writing, supervision, training design and development, and accreditation. He has written and presented extensively in the areas of policy and procedure development and achieving and maintaining accreditation. David is an auditor with the American Correctional Association and is the former Executive Director of the Compliance and Accreditation Managers’ Association.
